As Founder and Managing Principal of Synergos HR Consulting, Lori is responsible for all operations, business development, and project delivery of this human resources consulting practice specializing in interim HR management (Director/VP level), staff restructuring, performance management, and policies/process development. Her industry expertise includes telecommunications, software, semiconductors, as well as high-tech and non-tech professional services providers. She has consulted to both start-up and established companies throughout Northern California, as well as international organizations with satellite operations in the US. Prior to founding Synergos in 1999, Lori spent 12 years with Gemini Consulting, the management consulting division of Cap Gemini America, in a variety of HR-related roles with increasing responsibility and management accountability. Most recently as a Human Resources Development Executive, she was responsible for staffing and developing more than 150 consultants based in North America, with emphasis on global projects focusing on all aspects of business transformation across eight industry sectors. With a focus on performance management and training/development of staff, she had direct accountability to senior executive leadership, and had high impact on the bottom line revenues of the firm through the increased utilization and effective restructuring of its resources. Lori is an active member in the Northern California Human Resource Association, the Society of Human Resource Management, the Human Resource Consultants Association, and Lighthouse Venture Forum.
